Returns & Exchange

In the case of a revocation of the products, the return costs are considered regarding our environment on the part of the buyer. This would like to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize the return paths. In addition, we save a lot of paper by enclosing the return label not every single package as it produces unnecessary garbage.

We advise you to an insured shipping. On the one hand, you can pursue so your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping service provider in the event of a loss.

Please keep the return tick until you have received your refund. Without appropriate proof, a return can not be reimbursed.

After receiving your order you have 14 days to send your order back to us.

Upon receipt of the unused goods, we will reimburse the amount on the payment medium that you used when ordering. A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.

For hygienic reasons, jewelry, which has been tried, can not be returned.

Order Status & Changes

Normally, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days. Please understand that in times of high order and delivery traffic, DHL can come to delays in both our logistics and shipping service provider.

If you have a customer account with us, you can view your order status at any time in your account and if you ordered as a guest you will be notified by email.

If you have received the number for shipment tracking, you can enter them at the DHL to see how far your package is already.

If you have no order confirmation by email, the following reasons could have:

1.) You may have entered your email address incorrectly
2.) Please check your SPAM folder. It could be that the order confirmation has landed there

3.) The order process has not been completed correctly (Attention: If the order is invalid, this will still be displayed in your customer account)

To be able to pay with PayPal, you need a free account with PayPal.

PayPal offers various payment options and insures orders up to 500 €. Would you like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal and asked to log in to your account or re-register yourself. Now only select the desired payment method (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. We will receive a confirmation from PayPal and send your goods as quickly as possible.

You are welcome to pay with us with credit card.

Safety with payment by credit card:

The European guidelines have changed so that online card payment becomes even more secure for you. For each order discontinued from 14 September 2019, you will be asked to verify you through 3D Secure. This will be marked, depending on which map type you use (e.g., VISA Secure, MasterCard Identity Check etc.).

What should I do?
If you have not done it yet, you should unlock your card for 3D Secure. Most banks offer this service online. You can find out about the website of your bank.

If you have already registered for 3D Secure or the function previously used, then you do not have to register again. However, your bank might be a new payment process to improve use. Some banks have designed a new smartphone app specifically for this purpose. Please contact your bank for more information.

To ensure that you can pay for your next order simple and secure, we recommend that you activate 3D Secure on your next online order.


Refunds in case of return:If you return one or more articles, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to the original credit card originally charged. Depending on the credit card institute, the reimbursement will only be visible to your next credit card billing.

Pay your purchase directly after ordering with your usual online banking data. Immediately afterwards you will receive a transaction confirmation and your order can be edited directly.

How does it work?

Wenn du deine Bestellung an eine Packstation liefern lassen möchtest, ist das mit einem Kundenkonto bei der DHL kein Problem (Kundenkonto erstellen hier).

Gib bitte bei deiner Bestellung in der Adresszeile die Nummer der Packstation und deine persönliche Postnummer als Adresszusatz an.

Sollte deine Bestellung einen Fehler/Defekt aufweisen, so kontakiere unsere Kundensupport binnen 3 Tagen über das Kontaktformular.
Darüber hinaus können Defekte nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Sollte dein Paket nicht einwandfrei bei dir ankommen, fotografiere bitte den Schaden direkt!

Anschließend hast du die Möglichkeit bei eine Schadensanzeige bei DHL aufzugeben. Bitte fülle dazu das Dokument für die Schadensanzeige der DHL hier aus. Bitte gib die Sendung zusammen mit der Schadensanzeige in einer Postfiliale ab, sodass deine Ware begutachtet werden kann.
